Hope of Glory Care
Why families choose us

Why Hope of Glory Care?

Plenty of providers list the same services. What sets a provider apart is the people behind them, and the standards those people refuse to lower.

Hope of Glory Care was founded on clinical depth. Our director Tiny Nolutshungu spent 20 years as a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Educator, training healthcare staff, auditing care standards and building education programs in demanding clinical settings. She now applies those same standards to disability support. Every support worker we hire is qualified, trained and assessed before they ever step into your home. Then we keep training them.

But qualifications alone don't make good care. We hire for heart as well as skill. Our team shows up with warmth, patience and genuine respect, because you deserve support from people who care about you, not a roster number. Your goals, routines and preferences shape your support plan, never the other way around.

And we keep our word. We arrive on time, communicate early and stay transparent about your supports and funding. Trust is earned through small promises kept, week after week.

Personalised Support

Built around you, not a template.

Your needs, goals and preferences shape every support plan. We listen first, then design supports around your life. No two participants receive the same plan, because no two people are the same.

An Experienced, Loving Team

Qualified hands, caring hearts.

Our staff are trained and assessed under the leadership of a Registered Nurse with 20 years of clinical experience. We hire people who bring skill and compassion in equal measure.

Support That Fits Your Life

We adapt to you.

Your routines, your schedule, your way of doing things. We stay flexible and work around your life, so support feels natural instead of disruptive.

Trustworthy, Transparent, Reliable

We keep our promises.

We show up on time, every time. We communicate early, keep you informed well in advance and stay open about your supports and funding. You know exactly where you stand with us.
