Joseph brings 5 years of hands-on experience supporting people with highly complex needs, most recently as a Disability Support Worker with CDNI Care. His work centres on personal care and incident management, the kind of safety-critical, hands-on support that participants and families lean on most.

Across roles at Catholic Care, Afford and CDNI Care, he has built a career on reliability and steady, patient support: medication administration, daily living assistance, and the everyday problem-solving that comes with supporting complex clients well.

His qualifications reach beyond disability support itself, a Diploma in Community Services, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and a Masters in Christian Leadership give him a broader lens on care, grounded as much in listening and pastoral support as in day to day competence.

Tiny brings 20 years of nursing experience to Hope of Glory Care. As a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Educator, she has spent her career caring for people, and training the nurses and support staff who care for them.

Her background covers clinical leadership, clinical audits and research, staff competency assessment, and the design and delivery of education programs across healthcare settings. She has trained new staff, monitored care standards and built training programs from the ground up. In short, she knows what safe, quality care looks like, and how to hold a team to it.

This shapes everything at Hope of Glory Care. Every support worker is trained, assessed and held to clinical standards most providers reserve for hospitals. When your care involves complex needs, community nursing or high intensity supports, you want someone with real clinical depth behind your team. Tiny is a qualified educator as well as a nurse, so building capable, confident staff is second nature to her.
